paper towels or cloth
water container

Application:
1. Starting with the yellow face paint, paint a 5 pointed star where you want your design to go.
2. Fill in the yellow star, then paint pink and orange smaller stars all around.
3. Paint various color outline around the stars.
4.Finally, dazzle up with white. Add some teardrops, dots and star bursts. Outline the stars and well.
Easily add glitter by using a spray bottle with water, and spritzing the design lightly at least 12 inches away. Use a poof-able cosmetic grade glitter to add evenly all around. Use different colors to really create an effect.
