Shipping International

Most International orders ship (leave our warehouse) within 1 business day from the time the order is placed. For questions about orders shipped to internationally contact us at 1-734-237-2468. Business days are weekdays Monday - Friday and DO NOT include Saturdays, Sundays or US Holidays.

Delivery Options

We currently offer these shipping options for International orders:

USPS First Class Mail: 10-25 days, estimated time only, no tracking available)
USPS Priority Mail: 6-10 business days
USPS Express Mail: 5 business days or less

About USPS First Class Mail

The US Postal Service's First Class Mail International is an affordable way to send small packages weighing four pounds or less to international destinations. First Class Mail International deliveries generally take between 7-14 days to arrive, although delivery dates are not guaranteed and it can take as long as 4-6 weeks for delivery.

Once the package is shipped, we will send you an email with a tracking number, but note that First Class Mail International packages can only be tracked until they leave the United States. Once a First Class Mail package has left the US, you will not be able to track it and we have no control over it.

Final delivery of packages sent via USPS Mail is handled by the postal service (or other carrier) of the recipient's country. If your order is confiscated, delayed in Customs or lost it will not be replaced by us unless you request and pay for a replacement order, including shipping fees.

The majority of packages shipped internationally are delivered on time, but you order at your own risk. If your order is time-sensitive or your country has a notoriously bad post office, please choose USPS Priority Mail International (usually 8-15 day delivery), or USPS Express Mail International (5 days or less to many countries).

Please note that delivery times for International shipments are not guaranteed, and we are not responsible for packages delayed by customs.

Generally, if your package is being delivered to a major metropolitan area, your shipping time will be on the shorter side of the times listed above. Rural/remote areas will have the longest shipping times and may exceed the times listed above for extremely remote areas.

Shipping Charges

To view the shipping charges on any order, simply place the items you wish to purchase into your shopping cart and select your country as your shipping country and enter your delivery postal code on the shopping cart page, then click "Calculate" and we will tell you the costs for different shipping methods and an estimated delivery time.

Customs

Please note that all shipments outside the United States may be subject to Import Duty / Tax / VAT which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. These additional charges for customs clearance must be paid by the recipient of the parcel, as we have no control over these fees and cannot predict what they may be.

When ordering from FacePaint you agree to pay any Import Duty / Tax / VAT which may be imposed by your country's government. If you refuse a shipment or ignore requests from carriers regarding duty and/or tax liability charges note that you will remain liable for the purchase price of the product/s and any Import Duty / Tax / VAT or penalty imposed by your government. Most carriers will hold a shipment for 5 days after arrival in your country before they return it to the sender. We do not refund original shipping charges for goods that are refused for delivery at customs.

On occasion, a package may be delayed by customs procedures. If your order is confiscated, delayed in Customs or lost and you want a replacement order, you will be charged for a new order including shipping fees. Orders that are confiscated, delayed in Customs or lost will not be replaced by us unless you request and pay for a replacement order, including shipping fees.

Customs policies vary widely from country to country and customs duties are not always applied. Therefore we ask that you contact your local customs/import/mail departments for rates before you place an order to avoid any surprises.

Best Glitter around

For years I've used the pump glitter that you HAVE to put on when your paint is wet or it won't stick. THEN, I discovered Glitter creams!

Good brush

It's a good brush but it hasn't straightened out yet from being smushed during transit and it always seems to go back to one side curving inward. I used it during an event and it still is crooked. I'm working on straightening it out.

Tried and True

I love tag and would say at least half my kit is this brand. It lasts a long time, the colors are bright and easy to use. This rainbow cake is great for full face masks. I use it for rainbows, unicorns, cats and so much more. Amazing with a sponge or brush. Can't be beat!

New favorite for blue split cakes!

I recently purchased this brand for the first time earlier this year. It was a good price for the amount and the cake orientation intrigued me. I have to say that I REALLY liked this cake! So I bought another. I just had to stock up on more for the Halloween season and picked up bunch of the other color combinations as well. I posted a video tutorial of me using this exact rainbow cake with my highly popular Crystal Crown design. Great for dolphins, waves, crystals, water, anything else blue!

Tag is one of the best

This is my go-to white paint. I love the large pot of paint I get with the 90gm and the creamy white of this paint. It lasts me a long time. I also love making my own split cakes with it. It's such a good deal! It even works great on practice boards. I have a video below of me using it.
