Tutorial: Pretty Panda

Hello to all of my painty friends out there! This week’s tutorial brings you an easy and cute Panda to add to your next gig. Let’s get started.

Panda Face Paint Design

The Application

Load your Always Wicked Sponge with Global White and apply it in a mask shape that extends to the top lip.

Load your Always Wicked Sponge with ParadiseLight Pink and stipple onto the cheek area.

Load your Always Wicked Sponge with Global Black and stipple on the Panda ears and eyes as pictured.

Load your #2 Round Brush with Global Black and paint the panda’s nose and muzzle.

Continue with your #2 Round Brush loaded with Global Black and add “fur” strokes to the ears and eye area.

Still using your Global Black and #2 Round Brush, add “fur” strokes to the edge of the panda’s face, including in between the ears.

This Panda makes a great addition to any gig. I hope you enjoyed this week’s tutorial. Be sure to let us know what you would like to see in future blogs and be sure to share your designs with us on Facebook.

Until next time… Live, Love, Paint.
