Lace Mask With Gems Face Paint Video by Helene Rantzau

Lace masks are a work of art! So intricate and delicate - and they do require a steady hand when done with makeup or facepaint.

Delicate designs such as this are perfect for private clients going to a fancy-dress party or high end corporate events where the ladies prefer more classy designs.

If you feel confident with your brush control and line work you can do this design with only one size brush. I used a #6 round where the fine lines are done with the very tip of the brush and only lightly touching the skin. Otherwise I would suggest a #4 or #2 round or even a liner brush #1 for the smallest line work.

This design is done as a half-mask but could also be done as a full face mask - and more or less intricate in the details than this. Only your imagination sets the limits. Be creative and have fun!

I hope you feel inspired by this gorgeous mask and please feel free to tag me @helenerantzau so I can see your beautiful artwork!
