Mama Clown Neon Yellow Poofable glitter is a high quality, opaque glitter that can be used to create glitter tattoos. Mama Clown Glitter is safe to use on face, lips or eye area. This soft and fine polyester glitter adheres to your design without any adhesive, if applied before paint dries. A very thin layer of vaseline can be applied prior to applying glitter for a longer lasting finish. Mix this glitter with a gel to create glitter gel.
