- Unless you contact us to specify that you want to pay for insurance, packages are by default uninsured and therefore we cannot assume liability for loss. (ex. In transit, damaged by carrier, etc.)
- Wholesale Application must be approved (1 Week processing time for Application) All forms must be submitted at time of application.
- If you order a number of items and one of the item is required to be on backorder, we will ship all other items and ship the remainder at a later date.
- Orders can be placed online 24/7, or by calling customer service staff to assist between the hours of 9am-4pm EST Monday-Friday.
- All sales are considered final. The option to return any merchandise will be determined on a case by case basis, and is not guaranteed. All authorized return merchandise is subject to a 10% restocking fee and return fee’s will be issued in form of credit only. The restocking fee will be waived in the event the merchandise received damaged or shipping error by us.
- All damaged claims must be reported within 5 business days of receipt. All orders ship from Newburgh, NY. Shipping method is chosen at our discretion unless you would prefer to use your own service, therefore we would need a prepaid label. You will be provided with box dimensions and weight upon request.
- All orders must be paid in full at the time the order is placed.
- We gladly accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, Paypal, Certified Bank Check or Money Order. Please note- Order will not begin to process until Check/Money Order is received.
- If paying by Check/Money Order - Orders must be called into Customer Service during normal business hours.
- Coupons, promotions, and other discounts do not apply to wholesale orders.
- We are unable to approve marketplace sellers (ex. Amazon, eBay, Walmart or Jet.) Any customer found in violation of this policy will be subject to immediate account closure.
