5) Posting on FacePaint.com is a free service and you may not hold Facepaint.com responsible should someone take the photo from the Facepaint.com site and post it illegally elsewhere.
6) FacePaint.com may use any photo for commercial purposes.
Remember:Only upload non-animated photos in jpg format that are smaller than 1MB.
The photographs you upload to FacePaint.com pages are publicly visible. DO NOT upload any photo that you do not want seen by the thousands of people globally who visit FacePaint.com each month.
You may enter a caption for your image and tags for searching. Please make sure these are relevant to the image and do not include any personal information such as a name or birthdate.
