If I place my order today, when will I receive it? |
We ship out of Detroit, Michigan. We ship all orders place before 1 pm EST that day. (See details.)
Here are some of the more popular shipping methods that we offer:

USPS First Class: Approximately 3 - 11 days for the continental U.S. (If you are closer to Detroit, it's faster.) See Map below for the estimated number of transit days. Please note that these are estimates only based on historical data, and actual delivery time could vary.

USPS Priority Mail: Approximately 2 - 7 days for the continental U.S. (If you are closer to Detroit, it's faster.) See Map below for the estimated number of transit days. Please note that these are estimates only based on historical data, and actual delivery time could vary.

UPS Ground: See the map below for the estimated number of transit days. Please note that these are estimates only based on historical data, and actual delivery time could vary. We add one day to the UPS Ground Ship Times (in case anything goes wrong).

Do you offer same day shipping? |
Yes we do. Orders placed before 1:00PM (EST) Monday-Friday are shipped the same day. (See details.)

If I place my order today, when will I receive it? |
We'd be happy to tell you. Just add the item(s) you want to the shopping cart and click the Shopping Cart link at the top of each page.
When you view the cart, enter your country and zip or postal code, then click "Calculate" and we will tell you the costs for different shipping methods and an estimated delivery time.

How much will the order cost me to ship? |
| Yes! For all orders over $150, we offer free UPS Ground or US Postal Service shipping to the United States. |

How do I ship to PO boxes? |
| Unfortunately UPS can NOT deliver to Post Office Boxes! If you enter a PO Box for shipping, you will be given applicable US Postal Service shipping options. Note that flammable items cannot ship via USPS, so if you have any flammable items in your shopping cart, you will need to enter a street address for delivery. |

Do you ship to APO/FPO addresses? |
Yes, we ship via the US Postal Service. Postal orders are delivered 1-5 days after shipping, Monday through Saturday.
Orders shipping to P.O. Boxes and Military Addresses (APO, FPO, etc.) can ONLY be shipped via Priority or First Class Mail. |

Why can't I select Air or International shipping on my order? |
Certain items we carry are flammable and considered hazardous materials by the U.S. Department of Transportation. These flammable items are not permitted to travel on airplanes, and can only be shipped via trucks. Since the U.S. Postal Service considers Priority Mail as air, flammable items cannot be shipped via First Class, Priority Mail or UPS Air. They can only be shipped within the US via UPS Ground.
Flammable items include adhesives such as Spirit Gum and Latex. |
