Do you offer Flat Rate Shipping? |

We offer $5.95 Flat Rate Shipping to addresses within the Continental United States. Packages weighing above 15.99 ounces are shipped viaUSPS Priority Mailand those below 15.99 ounces are shipped via USPS First Class. Approximately 3 - 6 daysfor delivery. (If you are closer to Newburgh, NY, it's faster.)
Please note that Flat Rate Shipping is NOT available for states outside the continental United States such as Alaska, Hawaii and offshore locations such as American Samoa, Guam, the Northern Mariana Islands, Puerto Rico, United States Virgin Islands and for overseas US armed services. Flat Rate Shipping is also NOT available for International Shipping. Restrictions might apply for certain kinds of products that are bulky or flammable. Please click here for details. Other expedited methods of shipping are available at additional cost for most products.

Yes we do. Orders placed before 1:00PM (EST) Monday-Friday are shipped the same day. (See details.)

Do you offer free shipping? |

Yes! If you are a registered user, we offer free UPS Ground or US Postal Service shipping to the United States on all orders over $100. Guest users get free UPS Ground or US Postal Service shipping to the United States on orders above $150.

If I place my order today, when will I receive it? |
We'd be happy to tell you. Just add the item(s) you want to the shopping cart and click the Shopping Cart link at the top of each page.
When you view the cart, enter your country and zip or postal code, then click "Calculate" and we will tell you the costs for different shipping methods and an estimated delivery time.

Do you ship internationally? |
| We have shipped to 50 countries so far and can't wait to ship to another 50. Click on the link below to see delivery times. Certain class of products are not available for international shipment. Clickhere for details.

How do I ship to PO boxes? |
| Unfortunately UPS can NOT deliver to Post Office Boxes! If you enter a PO Box for shipping, you will be given applicable US Postal Service shipping options. Note that flammable items cannot ship via USPS, so if you have any flammable items in your shopping cart, you will need to enter a street address for delivery. |

Do you ship to APO/FPO addresses? |
Yes, we ship via the US Postal Service. Postal orders are delivered 1-5 days after shipping, Monday through Saturday.
Orders shipping to P.O. Boxes and Military Addresses (APO, FPO, etc.) can ONLY be shipped via Priority or First Class Mail. |

Why can't I select USPS, Air, Priority or International Shipping on my order? |
| Certain items we carry, such as spirit gum and latex, are flammable and considered hazardous materials by the U.S. Department of Transportation. These flammable items are not permitted to travel on airplanes, and can only be shipped via UPS Ground. Since the U.S. Postal Service considers Priority Mail as air, flammable items cannot be shipped via USPS First Class, USPS Priority Mail or UPS Air. If any item in your order falls into this category then the shipping option for entire order is restricted to UPS Ground for domestic packages.If your order is International, we are sorry that we cannot ship these restricted items to you. Please remove them from your cart to complete your order of remaining items. |
