It is time to shine! Go all in on New Year's Eve. Time to use glitter, gems, fake eyelashes and glittery dresses. But if you are going to a New Years Eve disco or a nightclub, you have to use UV paints! The UV paints will glow in blacklight, and you can often find blacklights at discotheques and nightclubs. The kids love it, and very often the adults too. ;-) The neon colours will certainly give it a real WOW factor.
