Mama Clown Neon Yellow Poofable glitter is a high quality, opaque glitter that can be used to create glitter tattoos. Mama Clown Glitter is safe to use on face, lips or eye area. This soft and fine polyester glitter adheres to your design without any adhesive, if applied before paint dries. A very thin layer of vaseline can be applied prior to applying glitter for a longer lasting finish. Mix this glitter with a gel to create glitter gel. Please note that Neon Yellow glitter is opaque but not shiny. Comes in 1 ounce (28 gram) size in a poofer that is perfect to apply a thin layer of glitter over your designs.
