Neutral Beige Fixation Primer is a great concealer for blemishes on skin or dark circles under eye. Contains 0.3 ounce of product in a 10 ml container.
How Do I Apply?
Simply dab primer over eyelids or apply with a brush. Dab loose powder or glitter over the primer.Loose glitter or powders give unmuted color and shimmer powders give a foil effect.
