How To Make Liquid Eye Liner?
Wet a brush with the mixing gel. Then swipe over eyeshadow cake and apply.
You can also mix a drop of the gel with eyeshadow or mineral makeup.
How To Make Glitter Eye Liner?
Wet a brush with mixing gel and then dip into loose glitter. Apply on the lash line. Repeat for desired finish. In between, wet the brush with the gel to smoothen out the application.
