A message to the face painting community...

Dear face painter,

We hope this message finds you well, and you and your loved ones are staying safe, sane, and healthy during this terrible pandemic we are all facing. We wanted to reach out and let you know what we, here at, are doing to ensure that you receive your items, while keeping our staff and their families protected as well.

First and foremost, we’d like you to know that as of today, we are still shipping your orders. We are located in the great state of New York, with our warehouse in the beautiful Hudson Valley; about an hour north of NYC.

As you have heard, New York is implementing changes every day and if we are mandated, we will unfortunately have to temporarily close. Currently, my company is taking every precaution to keep our people safe with gloves, masks, social distancing, and a whole lot of cleaning! We want to ensure their safety and yours.

We hear your concerns about receiving packages and wanted to share some valuable information. According to the CDC, “there is likely very low risk of spread from products or packaging that are shipped over a period of days or weeks at ambient temperatures.” Other reports have also said that COVID-19 might last 24 hours on cardboard.

We kindly ask you (only as an additional safety precaution) to quarantine any packages from or any retail site for at least 24hrs.

To note; our warehouse staff does not touch any incoming packages or shipments for at least 48 hours as well.

You are the reason my team of 10 people and I get up every morning and go to work and we would like to keep you safe.

Death of the Social Economy

We used to go to restaurants, birthday parties, and events but that’s all over during this lockdown. As a result, you guys have your gigs canceled, therefore, buy less face paint. In the end, I want to just assure you that we will all get through this!

Keep practicing, keep being inspired.

Watch our videos, read our blogs... You may see or read something you never knew about! Maybe you find the next great design to use at the first gig you get. Reach out to us with ideas. We are here for you.

If you want to hear how it’s affecting our business, here is a link to the podcast on the Washington Post that I’m in.

We know this has been a hard time for your business so here is something that might help you:

  1. Free Shipping for orders over $20
  2. Free webinars (Heck what else can we do!?)
  3. $5 off of any order for any product review with a picture we can use on our website. (Click here)

Any suggestions you have that can help us all get through this, please let us know.
