Make sure you really read the descriptions. I ordered a uv day glow pallet assuming its a paint because the site is called facepaint.com. It was a shadow and not a paint. In the description it says goes on dry. I figured it meant that the paint was not as creamy as some face paints can be. I didnt realize it was a shadow pallet until i opened the package. Well now you cannot return it even though you did not use it. You cannot see what you got until the package is opened. So i got stuck with a 40 dollar pallet i cannot use. My boyfriend also ordered a paint from there at the same time i did and when he received it, the paint was so dry it was cracked. He could not use his as well and since it was opened he could not return it since they have a no return policy for opened items. How can you see what you have bought unless the package is opened. So now we both had products we could not return or use. I will never order from them again.
