How Do I Apply & Remove TAG Face Paint?

Recommended: Always start with a clean dry face before face painting.
Step 1: Moisten the face paint with a small amount of water. For line work, you can poke a hole in the center and fill it with a few drops to use a 'well'. To sponge on TAG face paint, lightly mist on water with a spray bottle. Be careful not use too much water or the face paint can become gloppy. It is better to have too little water than too much, as more water can be added.
Step 2: Rub the applicator on top of the TAG face painting makeup until a creamy consistency is created.
Step 3: Apply face paint to the face with the applicator with consistent even strokes. Allow the base color to dry
for at least 5 minutes before starting your line work.

Should any skin reaction occur, wash off with soap and water and discontinue use immediately.

How do I remove TAG Face Paint?
Wash with soap and water. Some traces of color may remain for a short period after washing. If you have a hard time washing the face paint off (especially red and green), give it a second wash or try a gentle cleansing cream. Do not use baby wipes with oils in them to remove the paint, the wipes can push the color into the skin and make it more difficult to wipe the paint off, hence can result in staining the skin.

To remove from fabric: TAG recommends that you avoid contact with fabric, carpet, and upholstery. In case of accidental contact, spot treat with baby shampoo, liquid dish soap or OxyClean-like product and help loosen the face paint with a toothbrush. Do NOT add water until the soap had loosened the face paint makeup. Once the TAG face paint is thoroughly loosened, add a small amount of warm water. Blot or wet vacuum the area. Repeat this process as necessary.

To store TAG face paint
Leave your face paint container uncovered until it dries. Otherwise they can swell up and go soft. Also FacePaint.com recommends you use the TAG facepaint within eighteen months once you have opened the container. Older facepaint can start to dry out and be less effective. Store the face paint covered in a clean, dry, dust free area out of direct sunlight.
