      Mehron cosmetic products are manufactured in the USA using only FDA listed materials. The raw materials that Mehron uses are also globally compliant with cosmetic guidelines, and their products are not tested on animals.
      
      Mehron makes no claims as to the potential for allergic reactions; if in doubt, perform a small patch test by applying makeup to a one inch square patch inside the elbow. After 20 minutes, remove the paint with water only and wipe dry, then look for any reaction on the skin.
      
      Please note: the US FDA recommends against using red, yellow, orange or purple facepaints near the eyes and or using blue, green or purple facepaints near the lips to avoid possible staining issues. On Neon Face Paints, avoid using around eyes and mouth.
