How Do I Apply & Remove Makeup?

Use a sponge to apply Mehron Fantasy FX face paint to clean skin or hair, spreading it thinly to speed up drying time and prevent flaking. Mehron Fantasy FX is thicker than Liquid Makeup and will take slightly longer to dry. Spreading the Fantasy FX face paint thinly will speed up the drying time. If thick layers are applied, the finished product may crack and flake off. Once dry, Fantasy FX can be sealed with a coat of Barrier Spray to make it sweat resistant.

Remove with soap and water. To remove from fabric: Let the stain dry completely, then brush off; if any color remains use a product such as "Spot Shot" on furniture or carpet and use a pre-soak product on clothing.

Mehron makes no claims as to the potential for allergic reactions; if in doubt, perform a small patch test by applying makeup to a one inch square patch inside the elbow. After 20 minutes, remove the paint with water only and wipe dry, then look for any reaction on the skin.

Please note: the US FDA recommends against using red, yellow, orange or purple facepaints near the eyes and or using blue, green or purple facepaints near the lips to avoid possible staining issues. On Neon Face Paints, avoid using around eyes and mouth.
